In some cases to speed up the process of obtaining your unlock code we need some more information from your BlackBerry.
We have a program that can READ the information we need off your BlackBerry.
To use this program you need a computer running windows XP
You can download the program here or by clicking on the link at the top of this post
Then please follow theses instructions :
1 – Install BlackBerry Desktop Manager on your PC (from Original CD or BlackBerry Website)
if you don’t already have it on your PC
2 – Install Microsoft NET Framework 2.0 : (if you don’t already have it on your PC)

3 – Uncompress the file that you downloaded from out site on to your hard Drive
4 – Run the file RUN.BAT
5 – Reboot your PC
6 – Launch the software “Berry Logger”
7 – Connect your blackberry to your PC with the USB Cable
8 – Press the Button « Get Info »
Then cut and paste the information you read off the blackberry and email it to us at sales@cellunlock.net along with your Order Number.
Please include The Name & Country of the original network provider that the phone is currently locked on.
